More than 500 members submitted hotel, flight, cruise and vacation rental reservations booked through their own providers.

LAS VEGAS, NV / ACCESS Newswire / September 24, 2026 / More than 500 members have submitted over 1,000 reservations to OpenDates, a travel rewards membership program based in Las Vegas, in the first three weeks after its Sept. 1 launch, the company said.

The program lets travelers submit hotel, vacation rental, flight and cruise reservations they already hold or plan to book. OpenDates does not book, sell or alter reservations. Members keep the booking they made, with the provider they chose.

"Three weeks in, the volume is ahead of where we expected to be," said Nathan Michel, founder of OpenDates.

Members whose reservations are approved may choose to pay a $200 activation fee, after which OpenDates issues a $400 Visa eGift Card on a scheduled date disclosed before payment, the company said. Fees, eligibility requirements, account limits, refunds and full program terms are at travelopendates.com/terms.

PROGRAM DISCLOSURES

Rewards are promotional and conditional, and submitting a reservation does not guarantee approval. Rewards are funded by OpenDates' operating capital and marketing partnership revenue, not by other members' activation fees.
