This incredibly creative idea has helped Xiaozhou's team to be selected as one of the winners of the DeveloperWeek 2020 Hackathon.

The all-in-one group trip booking app Tripanion provides the best travel deals and Real-Time Engagement like video call, audio call, and messaging. Using Amadeus's Airline API and Agora's RTC engine, Tripanion not only enables users to search flights while connecting with friends to discuss the schedule within one platform, but also allows them to share images and short-clip videos and even live-stream during their trips. There is no other travel website that redefined the online group travel experience like Tripanion does, which is estimated at over $400 billion in the market, and won Amadeus's hackathon challenge.
Tripanion is the result of great teamwork. Xiaozhou is responsible for all business development related tasks, including product management, market analysis, industry scale estimation, and marketing planning. He was the product manager to coordinate the work between designers and engineers during product development. Xiaozhou has a professional business and technology background. After winning the grand prize at AngelHack Global Hackathon in 2018 and creating the world's first emergency information management platform, OneArc, Xiaozhou Du joined Agora, a leading video, voice, and live-interactive streaming platform, to continue his great contribution to the industry. He specializes in technology innovation, real-time engagement adoption, and future user engagement re-envision. Besides his entrepreneurship experience and passion for technology, he also sets his roots in the developer and startup communities. Xiaozhou has organized over a hundred developer events, including hackathon, webinar, and meetups, and mentored thousands of developers in their innovation in Real-Time Engagement.
Xiaozhou and his team wanted to increase the effective interaction between group travelers and avoid useless arguments on details to bring a better user experience.
