Unified Payment Platform Integrates Cable TV, Internet and Telecom

(PINKSHEETS: WWAG), parent of Summit Digital, Inc., a provider of cable television, high speed internet and related services to rural U.S. communities, announced today the completion of their Stock Exchange Agreement, in which WWAG has acquired 100% of AllCom's subsidiary, Genie Gateway.
In the near future, WWAG plans to file the necessary documents and applications to change its name to Genie Gateway, and to change its stock-trading symbol to one more synergistic with the company's new corporate name. Tom Nix, president of Summit Digital, Inc., WWAG's wholly owned cable TV subsidiary, commented, "Our subscribers will now be able to enjoy their cable TV as well as conduct business with anyone directly from their cable TV, in person, by phone, by email, over the internet using any web enabled device.
