MILFORD, CT / ACCESSWIRE / April 27, 2023 / Total Mortgage, a nationwide mortgage bank based in Milford, CT, has been recognized by The Warren Group, an independent real estate and financial insights firm, as the Top Purchase Mortgage Lender in Connecticut for the third consecutive year.
Data collected and warehoused by the Warren Group shows that Total Mortgage originated 1,266 single-family purchase mortgages in 2022, despite high interest rates and low home inventory-138 loans more than the next highest originator.
