FORT LAUDERDALE, FL / ACCESSWIRE / November 17, 2022 / At just 31 years old, Michaell J. Newell launched Learn To Build, a program designed to educate individuals dabbling in the construction industry about increasing efficiency and profitability.

Michaell J. Newell, CEO and founder of Standard Land and Development, states "We have a reality that affects our country and it is the housing shortage. For this reason, we are conscious of various factors that can be solved by developers who are spearheading the market. We have been working on a program that can teach and motivate others to start undertaking ventures of their own. Only together can we help mitigate the deficit of housing that the United States faces in areas where, like Florida, Hurricane IAN was of huge impact".
In the expansion process there are problems that can be solved rapidly when you know the entire system, understand how it works, and how you can secure it. The answer lies in catalyzed focus from land acquisition to the final product. LTB (Learn to Build) offers an innovative system that is accessible to new developers and is based on collective industry experience spanning over a decade.

The imperative component in this 3 day workshop was that 80 people from all over the world took the time and challenge to enhance their skills in the industry. This allowed them to network while gaining Newell's knowledge and experience during this event at absolutely no cost. They received valuable information from speakers such as:
Najam Usmani: An entrepreneur, world leader, activist, and philanthropist at the helm of Epic 3 Holdings; a leading real estate firm in North Carolina, who was in charge of explaining how to close a deal and develop their corporations.
Tanya C Oliver: Executive Coach for high-level achievers, who took lead in motivating participants to undertake and fulfill their dreams, who affirmed "If Mike did, I can & will too"
Other guests who shared their experiences were:
Mike Russell (Contractor)
Brian Quinn (7th generations in construction industry with expertise in land purchase) Nader Hack (Money lending)
Matthew John (Construction Financing)
Jenny Congleton (Purchasing Expert)
The public was very grateful to the organizers of the LTB (Learn to Build) event, stating that their expectations were satisfied and they will return next year. These include cases such as:

Rick jumper from Chicago IL "I came to learn from Michael and take my business to the next level. I have found very valuable information, I was also surprised by his humility and simplicity; you can feel his heart expressing his wants to help the deficit"
"Mike gave us simple, down-to-earth information. Now, I have the exact impression to go from buying land, to developing a building and then scaling to an organization. This event has made me grow as an individual and I am very excited now to take advantage of this opportunity", added John Carter.
Michaell J. Newell, wants to motivate anyone looking to join the construction sector and he is willing to pass on all his years of experience so that people do not make the same mistakes as him.
