The Latin community has been underserved in many ways, something that Rodriguez has set out to change. Education and knowledge are key to changing one's future, using these tools to become successful can lift an entire community to achieve more. Through a variety of educational programs, Rodriguez brings knowledge to different groups within his community locally and worldwide. Through educational seminars held at New York City Public Schools as well as colleges such as Baruch College, Columbia University, and Miami Dade University he works with students young and old.
Professional etiquette, protocol, training, and more are included in the topics presented. Learning how to stay motivated, how to move through a system, how to act, and interact with others, to build up a professional presence and career are skills that are presented and taught so that anyone, regardless of where they are in life can take steps to reach success. Because formal education can be hard to access for many people outside of education settings, Rodriguez employs some different methods and platforms to reach as many people as possible.
One of these platforms is a weekly Facebook Live show presented every Friday night, which is also being presented on YouTube and Telemundo. The show covers a wide range of topics, everything from immigration issues to financial and business guidance. Experts in personal wellness, mental health, business, personal, life coaching, and more present information that viewers can apply to their daily lives. The show aims to connect people with pertinent information and education that they may not otherwise be able to find and improve their lives.

Rodriguez has written a soon-to-be-released book, in both English and Spanish covering many of these same topics, as well as has launched an online community and membership club to provide people with a support network and guidebook to help them reach their ultimate goals. He has the drive and passion to help the Latin community by teaching them protocol, how to start a new business, how to get better jobs, and how to take courses at a very low cost. As he says "Beat poverty through knowledge." Part of this is working with New York City Public Schools to provide free seminars to students, giving them access to knowledge and skills well before they enter the job market or pursue higher education. He also provides many contributions to the Dominican Republic, and Mexico, offering his training there and supporting many local programs.
Rodriguez grew up in the Dominican Republic, the child of a hardworking family. His upbringing there motivated him to be successful. Rodriguez is a certified Corporate Etiquette and International Protocol Consultant as well as a Tea Etiquette Consultant. He received his training from the prestigious and world-renowned Protocol School of Washington and holds a Master of Science degree in Education. He graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) as an Image Consultant and obtained a certification in Color Analysis from New York Resource Center. He has traveled and studied worldwide, attending Harvard University for Design Thinking and Politics. Rodriguez has received many awards from Baruch College in New York City, a leading business education institution, for his support and contribution to the school and its " Wall Street Careers Program'' as well as recognition from the government of the Dominican Republic for his contributions.
