I have always loved this path and dreamt it would be my career and line of work."
Obai Sukar is the creator and founder of SS-Media Productions. He has been in the animation industry for more than 20 years, which all began when he started creating his own cartoons. After studying in Hollywood Obai moved to Syria to continue his work in 2006. Due to the Syrian revolution he had to make the decision to leave everything behind to keep his family safe. He fled Syria to move to the United States and worked hard, moved up the ladder, and worked multiple jobs while having his small studio in his basement until he was able to grow large enough to have his own well-equipped, high-quality commercial studio on a main street in Flint Township, MI. It's now a full-scale media production power house with completed work for several international companies, which won many awards. He says that perseverance has been the key to SS-Media Productions' success.
