AKRON, OH / ACCESSWIRE / August 30, 2022 / Kathryn Marie Genovese has announced today the release of her book, Eyes of a Survivor.
Eyes of a Survivor portrays the true story of Ms. Genovese's life as a victim of abuse, addiction, and cancer survivor. The tells her story, describing the circumstances and scenarios she's faced and overcome and her journey to becoming sober.
Kathryn Marie Genovese was born and raised in Ohio. From a very young age, she came across abuse, drugs, and street life, which led to the ensuing events of her life. Through this book, she wants to help individuals who are going through or have undergone the same struggles as her. She aims to give hope to addicts and survivors of emotional and physical abuse by reflecting on the struggles in her own life.
As she was battling addiction, Genovese assumed there was no way she could live a sober life. With time, she became aware of street crime and the angles and complexities of drug dealing. She says her father served as her motivation and role model for her life, which brought her to where she stands today. Through this book, she aims to present her example to millions of other people who face the same issues she found her way through.
The book is written with the intention of giving readers back their integrity and sobriety to allow them to reclaim their self-reliance and enable access to opportunities that are out of reach to people dealing with addiction.

Kathryn Marie Genovese is from Ohio, Unites States. She underwent abuse, drugs, and street life from a very young age which brought her to write the book "Eyes of a Survivor".
