Loyalist Group Limited announces changes in Directors and Officers related to Qualifying transaction with McKinsey Education Group.

Loyalist Group Limited (o/a McKinsey Education Group) is pleased to announce changes to the roster of directors and officers. In conjunction with the closing of the Acquisition, dated December 20th, 2010, the following individuals have been appointed as the directors and officers of Corporation:

Mr. Andrew Ryu will serve as Chairman of the board of directors. Mr. Ryu has been a member of Ontario College of Teachers, with qualifications in both intermediate and senior grades for math and science. Mr. Ryu completed his B.Sc. at McMaster University, followed by graduate study in Education at University of Toronto. From 1997 to 2005, Mr. Ryu was co-founder and CEO of the Toronto Learning Academy Inc. (the "TLA"), which grew into Toronto Academic School(the "TAS"), the Toronto Business College(the "TBC"), the Canadian International College of Business and English (the "CCE") and the Toronto College of Diamond Institute (a private vocational college offering diploma programs). From 2005 to 2008, he was president of business development of the Archer Education Group, which had sites in Toronto, Vancouver, Hamilton, Ajax, and Beijing in China.

Dr. Kenneth MacQueen President: Dr.MacQueen graduated from McGill University, and has served as President of Huntington University, Principal of Vancouver School of Theology, President and CEO of Archer Education Group, Chairman of Beijing Oztime Education and Network Technology, and has served on a number of boards and committees.Dr.MacQueen has considerable experience in program development, collaborative projects, academic oversight and administrative matters ranging from personnel through property development.

Ms. Nancy Lee CA is the new Chief Financial Officer of the company. Since 1998, Ms. Lee has been the president of Nancy B. Lee, Professional Corporation, a private professional chartered accounting corporation which provides accounting services, tax planning and financial advice to small and medium sized clients. Ms. Lee is also an external auditor for the OSAP Compliance Audit, which reports to the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities. Ms. Lee has held such position since 1998. Prior to this, Ms. Lee was a chartered accountant with MCH and KPMG LLP. Ms. Lee is a currently a member of the Ontario Tax Advisory, a member in good standing as a Chartered Accountant, a member in good standing as a Certified Financial Planner and a member of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants.

Mr. Michael Newman, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Caldera Geothermal Inc. since January 2010 and Managing Director of Adevam Investments Inc. since July 1997. Mr. Newman held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of InterRent REIT, a publicly listed company on the Toronto Stock Exchange, from September 1997 to September 30, 2009 and a trustee from December 2006 to December 2009.

Mr. Rehan Huda, is a founder and director of Amana Canada Holdings Inc. a firm specializing in niche financial products and services for the Canadian marketplace. Prior to this, he held various positions within the Canadian federal government including Senior Economist for the Department of Finance and Senior Analyst for the Natural Resources and Industry Departments. He was a recipient of the federal government's Public Service Award of Excellence for his financial and economic analysis related to the awarding of operating licenses to wireless telecommunication service providers. Mr Huda also has served as a management consultant to emerging Canadian telecommunications and energy companies.

Mr. James Coons was formerly the Chairman of Loyalist Group Limited (formerly The Loyalist Insurance Group Limited,) from December 1996 to December 2010. Mr. Coons has been involved in the insurance industry since 1960 as a founder of an insurance brokerage, a managing general insurance agency, and a property and casualty insurance company. He is also past Chairman of the School of Insurance at Mohawk College in Hamilton and a past member of its Insurance Advisory Board. Mr. Coons graduated with a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario (Huron College) in 1960.
