SAN DIEGO, CA / ACCESSWIRE / September 17, 2014 / Effective today, Golden Hour has acquired emsCharts through a confidential, negotiated settlement. emsCharts will operate as a separate, wholly owned subsidiary of Golden Hour and will continue to be headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA. This transaction eliminates the need to enforce the permanent injunction against emsCharts.

As a subsidiary of Golden Hour, emsCharts will continue to honor all customer and sales channel contracts. Furthermore, emsCharts will continue to support all sales channels including distributors, resellers and billing partners.
