During its first three months of deployment at Hussong's Mexican Cantina, the AI system handled more than 680 calls, processed nearly 80 workforce coordination interactions in English and Spanish, captured more than 50 missed calls as structured messages, and surfaced nearly 50 catering leads for management follow-up.

Greisen said the early results show how AI can help hospitality operators improve visibility, consistency, and responsiveness without adding complexity to day-to-day operations.
