Victor Water for Life Mobilizes Direct Local Support for Venezuela Earthquake Survivors
The Miami Beach-based nonprofit led by Andrea Cadelano is coordinating verified local purchases and deliveries through trusted contacts to provide water, hygiene supplies, food, medicine, protective items, and other essentials to affected families.
MIAMI BEACH, FL / ACCESS Newswire / July 13, 2026 / Victor Water for Life Inc., a Miami Beach-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on clean water access, humanitarian assistance, environmental awareness, and community support, announced that it is providing direct emergency assistance to families affected by the June 24 earthquakes in Venezuela.
The earthquakes affected communities across northern Venezuela, including Caracas, La Guaira, and surrounding areas. In the aftermath, affected families have faced urgent needs related to clean water, hygiene supplies, food, medicine, protective items, clothing, temporary shelter materials, and other basic necessities.
Victor Water for Life is responding through a verified local-support model designed to provide assistance quickly, responsibly, and according to needs identified directly by people in affected communities.
"This tragedy is deeply personal for us," said Andrea Cadelano, founder and president of Victor Water for Life Inc. "Venezuela is connected to our family, our volunteers, our friends, and our community. When people need water, hygiene supplies, food, medicine, and basic support, we cannot remain silent. We have to act in the most direct and useful way possible."
Direct Local Purchasing and Distribution
Victor Water for Life has sent funds to trusted local contacts and is coordinating with local pharmacies, distributors, community associations, and other reliable contacts in Venezuela to purchase requested items directly inside the country.
This approach allows supplies to be purchased locally and distributed quickly when conditions permit. It also supports local businesses, reduces international shipping delays and transportation costs, and helps ensure that assistance is directed toward items affected residents are actually requesting.
Local pharmacies and distributors can purchase food, medicines, hygiene supplies, pet medicine, and other requested necessities based on information received directly from families and community contacts.
Victor Water for Life requests proof of purchase and proof of delivery for locally purchased and distributed items. This documentation helps the organization maintain transparency and verify that assistance is reaching the intended communities.
"We decided to prioritize local purchasing because it is faster, more practical, and more respectful of what people truly need," Cadelano said. "Instead of sending only what we already have available, we ask what is needed, send funds to trusted contacts, purchase locally, and receive documentation showing the purchase and delivery. This allows us to see the direct impact and help people more quickly."
Donated Supplies and Requested Items
In addition to sending funds for local purchases, Victor Water for Life is organizing physical supplies donated or procured by the organization and its supporters for affected families and local associations.
The supplies include protective masks, KN95 masks, dust masks, gloves, medical gloves, electrolyte and vitamin drink mixes, tents, new and used clothing, batteries, baby wipes, personal-care items, and other useful materials.
Through local distributors and trusted community contacts, the organization is also coordinating the purchase and delivery of items specifically requested by affected residents, including:
Clean water and hydration supplies
Food for children and families
Hygiene and personal-care products
Baby wipes
Medicines and health-related items
Pet medicine
Protective masks and gloves
Clothing and basic household items
Tents and temporary shelter materials
Batteries and emergency-use supplies
Victor Water for Life follows a needs-based approach: identify urgent requests, purchase supplies locally when practical, document the transaction, and coordinate delivery to affected people.
This model can provide faster assistance while also supporting pharmacies, distributors, and other businesses operating within affected communities.
Sir Clean® Contribution and Support
Sir Clean Corp, operating under the Sir Clean® brand, is supporting Victor Water for Life's Venezuela relief initiative through contributions of supplies, logistical assistance, and organizational support.
Sir Clean® has contributed protective masks, KN95 masks, dust masks, gloves, medical gloves, electrolyte and vitamin drink mixes, tents, clothing, batteries, baby wipes, and other items being organized for affected families and community associations.
Sir Clean® is participating solely as a supporter and contributor to the humanitarian initiative. Victor Water for Life remains the nonprofit organization leading the response and coordinating local purchases, documentation, distribution, and communication through trusted contacts.
A Personal Connection to Venezuela
The Venezuela response is especially meaningful for Victor Water for Life because the organization's Manager and Events Coordinator is originally from Caracas, Venezuela.
This connection gives the nonprofit a direct cultural and community link to people affected by the disaster. It has also helped Victor Water for Life communicate with trusted local contacts, better understand urgent needs, and coordinate assistance with sensitivity and respect for the communities involved.
"Having someone on our team who is originally from Caracas makes this mission even more personal," Cadelano said. "This is not a distant tragedy for us. These are communities connected to our family, friends, volunteers, and supporters. That connection helps us listen more carefully, respond with compassion, and work through trusted local relationships."
Clean Water, Hygiene, and Public Health
Victor Water for Life was founded on the belief that clean water, sanitation, and human dignity are basic needs.
The organization has supported clean water access, water well projects, environmental initiatives, and humanitarian assistance for underserved and vulnerable communities.
Following the Venezuela earthquakes, damaged homes, disrupted infrastructure, temporary shelter conditions, limited hygiene resources, and difficulty accessing essential supplies have increased hardship for many affected families.
Victor Water for Life's response is focused on practical support connected to water, hydration, hygiene, sanitation, food, medicine, protective supplies, and direct community assistance.
The organization will continue adapting its response according to requests received from trusted local contacts and the availability of resources, pharmacies, distributors, and community-based delivery networks.
Encouraging a Practical Local-Support Model
Victor Water for Life is also sharing its local-support model as an example of how emergency assistance can be organized through trusted personal and community contacts.
Individuals who have reliable family members, friends, or verified contacts in affected areas may be able to ask what is actually needed, purchase those items locally, support nearby businesses, and obtain documentation showing that the assistance was delivered.
"This model can help people take action in a practical and responsible way," Cadelano said. "When trusted local contacts are available, it is possible to identify specific needs, purchase locally, and receive proof that the assistance was delivered. It is a simple but meaningful way to help people directly."
Victor Water for Life emphasizes that individuals should coordinate only through people they know and trust and should request reasonable documentation whenever funds are used to purchase and distribute supplies.
Education, Innovation, and Long-Term Resilience
While Victor Water for Life is leading the humanitarian response, Cadelano's broader nonprofit work also includes The Inventions Factory Inc., an organization focused on STEM education, creativity, invention-based learning, and youth innovation.
The Inventions Factory is not acting as an emergency-response organization. Its potential role is connected to the long-term educational side of community resilience.
The organization may develop future educational content encouraging young people to explore practical challenges involving clean water access, sanitation, emergency preparedness, environmental safety, communication, temporary shelter, and disaster recovery.
"The emergency response belongs to Victor Water for Life, but the long-term lessons also belong to education and innovation," Cadelano said. "Future inventors and problem-solvers can help communities become better prepared, more resilient, and more capable of responding to real human needs."

The Inventions Factory Inc. supports STEM education, creativity, invention-based learning, and long-term community resilience.
Broader Community Mission
Victor Water for Life is part of a broader public-benefit mission led by Cadelano that includes clean water access, environmental responsibility, youth innovation, community assistance, and humanitarian support.
Through Victor Water for Life, The Inventions Factory, Blue Ocean Cleanup, and other community initiatives, Cadelano's work reflects a continuing commitment to cleaner environments, safer communities, public health, education, innovation, and direct humanitarian action.
Victor Water for Life will continue documenting its Venezuela support activities, including funds sent, locally purchased supplies, receipts, delivery confirmations, donated materials, and communication with trusted community contacts.
