Company seeks resolution over alleged unauthorized use of its patented technology in mobile gaming and sports betting
Legal action seeks to protect proprietary technology for live sports gaming and betting

(https://winviewtechnology.com/) today announced it has filed patent infringement lawsuits against DraftKings and FanDuel. The complaints, filed separately, assert that the defendants have used WinView Technology's patented technology without authorization in their mobile and online sports betting platforms, including live, in-play wagering, micro-betting, online casino gaming, and Daily Fantasy Sports.

The lawsuits, filed in the District of New Jersey, allege infringement of nine patents, covering methods and systems designed to enhance real-time engagement in online sports gaming. The specific patents at issue are: U.S. Patent Nos. 11,185,770, 11,235,237, 11,338,189, 11,451,883, 11,678,020, 11,736,771, 11,918,880, 11,951,402, and 12,005,349.
