Codal to Expand into New Chicago Loop Headquarters

Demand for the firm's Orchestra AI service offerings drives growth

CHICAGO, IL / ACCESS Newswire / September 25, 2026 / Codal, a leading AI-driven consulting firm, announced its expansion this week into a new Chicago Loop headquarters.

Codal's move to 200 South Wacker Drive in April 2027 will allow it to house a new Center of Excellence to meet rising demand for Orchestra AI, its AI and agentic engineering services.

The 24,000-square-foot space, which occupies the full floor, will feature open collaboration areas, a cafe and library, and views of the Chicago river.

After expanding to a 16,000-square-foot space in 2021, the new office is the latest milestone for Codal in Chicago, enabling it to continue to scale its impact and support growth in the local community.

The company has already added 12 new employees and is planning to hire up to 40 more. Open positions include project managers, product managers, solutions architects, and engineers.
