AVACO faces major legal damages due to Executive's Misconduct
LOS ANGELES, CA / ACCESSWIRE / August 13, 2024 / On 8/5/24, Femtometrix, Inc. ("Femtometrix") filed a lawsuit against AVACO Co., Ltd. ("AVACO") alleging tortious and unlawful business practices on the part of AVACO through actions of some of its executives, including Mr. Jimmy Wee and Mr. Charles Kim. AVACO faces millions of US dollars, possibly more, in damages. Femtometrix is confident that despite AVACO's continued aggressive and wrongful actions, Femtometrix will prevail to substantial monetary award.
