Parallel NLH and PLO tournaments combine eight starting flights with top bounties of $500,000 and $250,000.
SAN JOSE, COSTA RICA / ACCESS Newswire / August 14, 2026 / Americas Cardroom opens its biggest Dual Venoms to date today, placing $15 million in combined guarantees into play across two simultaneous Mystery Bounty tournaments.
Day 1A begins at 12:05pm ET for the $12 Million Guaranteed No-Limit Hold'em Mystery Bounty Venom and the $3 Million Guaranteed Pot-Limit Omaha Mystery Bounty Venom. Each event carries a $2,650 buy-in and offers eight Day 1 flights through August 30.
ACR Team Online will also be featured in Twitch coverage surrounding the first two starting days. Day 1A coverage begins Thursday, August 13th at 11:30am ET on the acr_pkr Twitch channel, featuring Weazel1991, ScrimitzuTV and CODPoker ahead of the 12:05pm ET tournament start. Coverage resumes Sunday, August 16th at 11:30am ET for Day 1B, with Svetarik, Gripsed_Com and Deckflow featured before play begins at 12:05pm ET. The Sunday flight is also part of Super Stacked Sunday, placing the Dual Mystery Bounty Venoms among the day's featured tournaments.
The larger NLH tournament has a $500,000 top Mystery Bounty. Its PLO counterpart offers a top bounty of $250,000. In both tournaments, every Mystery Bounty is guaranteed to be worth at least $5,000.
The second stage is a key threshold for players. Everyone who advances from Day 1 is already in the money, and Mystery Bounties begin on Day 2. From that point, each elimination can produce an additional prize beyond the standard tournament payout structure.
The eight-flight schedule leaves seven more opportunities after the opening flight. Players can consult the poker client throughout the schedule for available starting times and registration information.
Venom Fever qualifiers provide another way to enter without paying the full $2,650 buy-in directly. More than 1,500 Venom seats are guaranteed, allowing players to choose a path suited to their bankroll. Current qualification options are listed in the poker client.
The Dual Venoms also anchor a wider schedule of Venom Specials. Those 91 additional tournaments feature more than $10 million in cumulative guarantees alongside the $15 million guaranteed in the two headline events.
With two formats running in the same tournament window, the Dual Venom schedule gives players a choice between NLH and PLO while preserving the same buy-in, flight structure and Day 2 Mystery Bounty milestone.
Day 1A opens the schedule rather than serving as the only starting point. The remaining flights and continuing qualification opportunities keep both fields accessible as the tournaments move toward their in-the-money second stage.
