Both major Main Events beat their guarantees, while the $66 edition crowns its champion.
SAN JOSÉ, COSTA RICA / ACCESS Newswire / September 28, 2026 / Americas Cardroom advanced two OSS XL Main Events into Day 2 on Monday, after Sunday's fields generated a combined $4,856,500 in prize pools. Both tournaments beat their guarantees and will play down today for final tables on Tuesday, September 29.
The $2,650 Main Event recorded 1,069 entries and a $2,672,500 prize pool. A field of 145 players remained after Sunday. The $1,050 Main Event recorded 2,184 entries and a $2,184,000 prize pool, with 309 players moving forward.
A third Main Event concluded on Sunday. MillionDollarCorner finished first in the $66 tournament for $72,078 from a $500,000 prize pool. Runner-up sydens earned $52,106.
The $630 Sunday High Roller attracted 1,221 entries and awarded $732,600. BuenaHistoria took first for $137,057, followed by Vamos Amigo in second for $100,203. The $109 Sunday Moneymaker drew 3,265 entries, pushing its prize pool to $326,500 against a $300,000 guarantee. donnyjones11 finished first for $41,264 after a final-table deal.
The day's largest prize pool belonged to the $25,500 NLH 8-Max in Second Mortgage Week. Its 51 entries created a $1,275,000 prize pool. SamuSabu received $341,377 for first place after a final-table deal, while Americas Cardroom Pro Chris Moneymaker finished sixth for $78,285.
Today marks the final day of Second Mortgage Week, which is part of OSS XL. The remaining events are a $15,400 NLH 8-Max and a $5,200 NLH 6-Max. Day 2 of the $1.5 million guaranteed $630 Main Multi-Flight is also on the Monday schedule.
The OSS XL Leaderboard Competition continues through Tuesday. Monday morning's leaders were GROOTHEDEGEN in High, INIT2MINIT in Medium and MALEKSEY in Low. More than $60,000 in added cash and tournament tickets are available across the three leaderboards.
