(NASDAQ:MEIL), announced today that it has deferred filing its Annual Report on Form 10-K because of several pending material transactions which it expects to consummate prior to the extended deadline for filing of this report. Consummation of one or more of these transactions would have a positive impact on the Company's performance as reflected in the subsequent event note to its financial statements.
