Any platform or AI agent can now turn a user, anywhere in the world, into a real US company through a single API or MCP call. No US residency or SSN required.

NEW YORK CITY, NY / ACCESS Newswire / June 24, 2026 / doola, the AI Business-in-a-Box for global entrepreneurs, announced the launch of its doola Formation API today, giving platforms and AI agents a way to embed US company formation directly inside their own products without building filing operations from scratch.

The API formalizes formation as a two-step flow; create a customer, submit a company formation, with asynchronous progress delivered over signature-verified webhooks. A platform can take a user from idea to a real US company with entity filing, EIN, and registered agent support included, requiring no US residency and no Social Security Number, and removing the step that has long stalled non-resident founders trying to activate, bank, or scale.

doola is the only company to have shipped a formation MCP running in six real production environments today across Replit, Claude, Lovable, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Vercel, making company formation something an agent can execute rather than merely recommend. Sandbox and production environments, machine-readable errors, idempotent creates, and reference-data lookups are available to developers at launch.

The launch extends doola's existing partner program, which spans three models: affiliate, embedded iFrame, and white-label API; so platforms can start with a referral link and scale to full infrastructure as volume grows.

"Founders come to doola because they need a real US business structure before they can bank, sell, raise, or operate globally," said Arjun Mahadevan, Founder and CEO of doola. "With the doola formation API and formation MCP, we're bringing that infrastructure directly into the platforms where they're already building. But formation is only the starting point. What matters just as much is helping founders stay compliant and supported as their business grows."

Beyond formation, doola manages the full lifecycle for partner customers, including registered agent, ITIN, annual reports, bookkeeping, business taxes (Form 5472 for foreign-owned entities included), and business banking setup, and absorbs customer operations and support, so partners are not expected to manage compliance on behalf of referred users.
