New embedded AI coworker lets NetSuite users query data, run native reports, build customizations, and troubleshoot scripts through plain-language chat

Developed by Anchor Group, Sonar gives organizations a conversational way to work across NetSuite, helping users query data, run reports, create customizations, and troubleshoot technical issues without building saved searches, custom reports, or one-off scripts from scratch.
Unlike generic chat-over-ERP tools, Sonar is embedded into NetSuite. It runs as a Suitelet within the customer's own NetSuite account, so every action follows the user's existing role, permissions, and audit trail, exactly as if the user performed it themselves. Nothing leaves the account-no middleware, proxy, or second system required.

Move faster on customizations and admin work: Create or inspect custom fields, custom lists, records, saved searches, roles, and permissions conversationally, with confirmation steps for sensitive actions.
Troubleshoot the one-off edge cases: Paste an error or screenshot, and Sonar inspects deployments, pulls execution logs, identifies the failing line, and proposes a fix.
Sonar ships with a growing library of 265+ free and premium professionally engineered prompts, spanning AR aging analysis, income statement variance, board-ready financial summaries, supply-chain dashboards, audit and compliance reviews, and more. Users can also define Projects (custom context documents capturing their account's conventions and quirks) so Sonar applies company-specific knowledge on every request.
