Unstoppable Domains' Business-to-User messaging feature will enable brands to reach customers directly to strengthen community participation and boost engagement, all via Web3 domain names
SINGAPORE / ACCESSWIRE / September 11, 2023 / Unstoppable Domains, a leading platform for Web3 domains and user-owned digital identity, today announces the addition of a Business-to-User (B2U) instant messaging feature for Unstoppable Messaging - a new messaging service that enables a new way to build connections and community in Web3.
With the launch of B2U messaging on Unstoppable, businesses have new tools to segment their Web3 audiences to personalize their messages. For example, representatives of the Polygon network could send instant messages to all holders of a .polygon domain without first identifying these users through sign-ups and compiling email contact lists. For a company to send a message to their community, they need to set up a badge, click on the badge and then after crafting a message, use the widget to engage your users.
"With the addition of B2U messages via Unstoppable Messaging, Unstoppable Domains strengthens its ability to provide businesses with a way to communicate directly with their Web3 communities," said Sandy Carter, COO of Unstoppable Domains.

Powered by Push Protocol, these messages will function similarly to pop-up push notifications, which serve as quick communication channels enabling companies to send messages, offers, and other information directly to their customers. Research has shown that push notifications can boost app engagement by 88% and increase repeat visits to websites, as well as user retention and re-engagement.
Polygon, the leading layer-2 Ethereum scaling protocol, will be among the first protocols to test the new B2U messaging system. Polygon co-founder Sandeep Nailwal will send a message offering all .polygon holders the opportunity to claim a Tier 8 domain for just $2.
