ZUG, SWITZERLAND / ACCESS Newswire / July 15, 2026 / The Lemon Foundation, the nonprofit supporting the development of the LemonChain blockchain ecosystem, has appointed GeoNova Capital Financial Advisors LLC to its Board of Directors, with Andy Herriot, CEO, serving as designated board representative.
The appointment reflects the Foundation's commitment to strengthening its governance framework as the LemonChain ecosystem continues to grow. Andy Herriot brings extensive experience across capital markets, banking, and strategic advisory, having held senior roles at Linear Investments, Société Générale, Crédit Agricole (Cheuvreux), and ING. He is a member of the Institute of Directors and the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
Additionally, Robert Hamilton, Co-Founder of GeoNova Capital Financial Advisors, will support the Foundation in advancing strategic planning and institutional relationships as an advisor on the foundation's finance committee.
