HO CHI MINH CITY, VIETNAM / ACCESSWIRE / March 29, 2022 / Following up on the success of Pioneer Program Season 1, from which winners became critical parts of the KardiaChain Ecosystem, KardiaChain is announcing a return to its Pioneer Program for Season 2, featuring even more lucrative rewards and benefits for potential Dapp creators on its infrastructure.
Season 2 kicked off on March 17 and will run through May 25, with $80,000 worth of $KAI up for grabs. Projects submitted will have the Kardia Lab dev team at their disposal as technical assistants and advisors to help bring their innovations to life. Existing projects or brand new ideas are eligible to be part of Pioneer Program Season 2. With sponsorship from Amazon Web Services Vietnam (AWS), all developers will not only have a great working environment, but will also have access to special perks and privileges.
Known for its speed and security, AWS will provide the best technical environment to bring your blockchain ideas to life. AWS will support the Pioneer Program Season 2 by:
- Providing Free AWS credits during the Building Phase of the Hackathon.
- Providing AWS server + technical environment for developers to build up their projects.
- Providing an additional Free 3 months of AWS Environment during Pilot Phase for the winning teams
- Training workshop and t-shirts by AWS for top 20 teams
- Winners will also receive an Architecture Review Session by AWS Tech Department.
Newly built projects with high potential for future applications will get the opportunity to be sponsored by KardiaChain's investment arm, Kardia Ventures, and have their KRC20 tokens listed on KAIDEX or their NFTs listed on the Agoran marketplace, becoming part of the KardiaChain ecosystem.
Eligible project submissions can be either webapp/extensions or mobile Dapps built using the solidity language. KardiaChain will be selecting winning projects in 2 categories: New and Existing. Project types up for consideration include DeFi Dapps, NFT Platforms, GameFi & Metaverse, Tools & Analytics, Critical Infrastructure Projects, Social Goods and Community Engagement projects, and other Web 3.0 Applications.
Submissions are being accepted now through April 12. All must include a Github link containing the project's codebase, as well as a 3-5-minute video presentation either demonstrating a tutorial or showcasing the project's real-world benefits. Additional requirements and guidelines can be found on the project submission page.
Starting April 20 until May 25 is the building phase, where participants will work to perfect their projects and start building up their communities. Voting will begin on May 15th, and Kardia judges will announce the grand prize winners on May 25.
The prize pool in the New Project Category is $36,000 of $KAI, including $20,000 for 1st Prize, $10,000 for 2nd Prize, $5,000 for 3rd Prize, and 4th and 5th place receive $1,000. The Existing Project Category has the same breakdown from 1st to 5th place. There are additional prizes of $3000 each for the best DeFi and GameFi projects.
KardiaChain's blockchain is fully decentralized and interoperable, so it enables developers to create Dapps that run on multiple blockchains concurrently without the need to understand how to write shrewd contracts on those chains. Its interoperability gave birth to the Dual Master Node (or Dual-Node for short) which allows two parallel chains to run simultaneously without compromising the integrity of the data from both and all interacting blockchains. That way, the ledger data will be available on both KardiaChain and the other blockchain's network.
For interested parties, more information about the Second Season of the Pioneer Program can be found on KardiaChain's blog. Instructions for KardiaChain Deployment can also be found here.
