The company presentation will be held on Wednesday 11 November 2020 at 8:30 am Sydney Time. Chief Executive Officer Dr. Stephen Snowdy, PhD, will be hosting the presentation and answering questions from investors.
Dr. Snowdy will also participate in a panel titled, "Learn About the ASX: Technology, Operations in the US", hosted by well-known Australian MicroCap analyst, investor and founder of Coffee Microcaps, Mark Tobin. Foreign ownership restrictions
VTI's CHESS Depositary Interests (CDIs) are issued in reliance on the exemption from registration contained in Regulation S of the US Securities Act of 1933 (Securities Act) for offers which are made outside the US.
