Vancouver, BC / ACCESSWIRE / February 24, 2015 / Further to the Company's News Release of January 27, 2015, the Company reports that it is in advanced negotiations towards a positive outcome of the acquisition announced therein.
The transaction is subject to the approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange. The acquisition of the IP is also subject to completion of due diligence by the Company and a definitive agreement being executed.
