The Grand Opening of the Sixth Stamps Auto Repair Facility in Gilbert, AZ is Saturday, September 12th, 2015 at 1625 Sunrise Blvd. Gilbert, AZ 85233
GILBERT, AZ / ACCESSWIRE / September 10, 2015 / Stamps Automotive announced the grand opening celebration of their 6th east valley NAPA certified auto repair facility in Gilbert, Az. The state of the art 8500 sq.ft. facility includes 15 bays and offers full-service car repair on all makes and models.
The grand opening event will be held Saturday September 12, at 5-9pm and is open to the public. Activities will include a car show presented by The East Valley Cruisers car club, a raffle for a flat screen television, and family oriented games and prizes for adults and children alike. Hamburgers and hotdogs provided by NAPA will be also be complimentary for guests.
Lifelong Vision
Growing up the son of a successful business owner in the automotive industry, Stamps Auto's owner John Herring knew from a young age that he would work on cars; Herring grew up in a family of mechanics. After nearly 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, Herring had a solid advantage when he opened his first auto repair facility in Gilbert, Az.in 2007. He quickly focused on growth and strategies to connect with his customers in the local community. Stamps Automotive now has shops serving Gilbert, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley and Mesa, Az.
An Event With A Cause
Stamps Auto will also be matching all donations to the Provisions Foundation. Provisions Foundation is a private online breast cancer support group which now numbers almost 600 women in nine countries. The foundation, dedicated to supporting women with disease, is spear-headed by Jan James, a cancer survivor herself. Ms. James said, "I've been involved in the car care industry for many years and I've never seen a shop owner so dedicated to helping people. John Herring is always looking for ways to reach out and connect with his community and support meaningful causes like the Provisions Foundation." Through that support group, Jan and her leadership team have become intimately aware of the ways in which breast cancer can impact a woman's life, physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and financially. The Provision Project wants to help women who face tough financial decisions as they are actively being treated for breast cancer.
