Rasic Construction has completed a series of underground utility modernization projects across mobile home communities throughout Southern California, helping upgrade aging infrastructure and improve long-term utility reliability for residents.
The completed work included communities in Huntington Beach, Chula Vista, Lancaster, Compton, Fountain Valley, Riverside, Rialto, and Lomita. Across these locations, W.A. Rasic crews performed joint trench construction, underground utility installation, gas and electric system upgrades, tie-ins, and surface restoration.
Many residential communities continue to depend on utility systems installed decades ago. As those systems reach the end of their service life, replacement work plays an important role in maintaining reliable service and preparing communities for future demand.
The projects required coordinated construction within established residential areas, where crews worked around existing streets, homes, driveways, sidewalks, and active community infrastructure.
