Former 360 Blue and Key Data founder brings more than two decades of operator, technology and industry experience to sojo as the company continues to scale amenity automation for vacation rental managers.
CLARKSVILLE, TN / ACCESS Newswire / September 30, 2026 / sojo, the amenity automation platform built for vacation rental operators, today announced that Jason Sprenkle has joined the company as a strategic advisor, bringing more than two decades of experience building, operating and scaling some of the vacation rental industry's most influential companies.
Sprenkle has spent his career at the intersection of vacation rental operations and technology. He co-founded 360 Blue, the Florida-based luxury vacation rental management company he helped build and lead for nearly 15 years before its acquisition by Natural Retreats. He also co-founded Glad to Have You, a hospitality technology company acquired by HomeAway, and Key Data, where he spent more than eight years as CEO helping establish the company as a leading source of performance data and market intelligence for the short-term rental industry.
Sprenkle stepped down from his day-to-day role at Key Data in 2026 and remains a member of its board. Earlier this year, he received the 2026 Shortyz Pioneer Award recognizing his leadership, innovation and impact on the short-term rental industry.

Sprenkle joins sojo as the company continues to expand its platform for automating one of vacation rental management's most manual operational functions: getting the right amenities into the right properties for every stay.
