Leevli complements traditional property search by connecting prospective buyers and renters with local residents, surfacing what goes beyond the listing.

NEW YORK CITY, NY / ACCESS Newswire / June 30, 2026 / Artificial intelligence has automated the mechanics of the U.S. home search, making property searches faster and algorithms smarter. Prospective buyers and renters can now instantly analyze price histories, compare thousands of listings, review school ratings, and tour homes virtually.

Yet despite these advances, a listing rarely answers the questions that often shape a final decision.

Is the building quiet, or noisy on the weekends?
Does management respond when something breaks?
Is there a genuine sense of community?

Abundant data has made nearly everything about a property measurable. Experience, however, remains deeply human.

Recognizing that gap, attorney Natalie Geller partnered with a team of software engineers to build Leevli, a U.S.-based property technology platform that has since expanded across more than 12 U.S. states.

Rather than replacing traditional real estate platforms or brokers, Leevli was designed to complement them. By connecting prospective buyers and renters directly with local residents, the platform provides the firsthand perspective that no property listing, public record, or algorithm can capture, giving people greater confidence before signing a lease or closing on a home.

"There is a fundamental difference between information and experience," said Natalie Geller, one of Leevli's founders. "One can be collected. The other has to be shared."

That distinction became the foundation for the company. It was shaped by years of reviewing contracts, disclosures, and residential real estate transactions, which Geller found often told only half the story of a property. Leevli was built to capture the other half: the human elements that legal documents and standard property listings miss, including the hyper-local, unquantifiable experiences that can only be shared by the people who already live there.

Built around what is called Human Neighborhood Intelligence, the platform has already amassed thousands of resident reviews and facilitated hundreds of connections between prospective movers and local residents. The company's growth is anchored by a simple philosophy: "Be the Neighbor You Wish You Had." Leevli takes the firsthand understanding of the people who already live somewhere and makes it accessible to those deciding whether to join them.

As the real estate technology sector continues to invest heavily in automated data, Leevli's growth shows that the next competitive advantage may lie in making the right human knowledge accessible at the exact moment a decision needs to be made.

Artificial intelligence will continue reshaping how homes are found. But the most valuable insights about where to live will always come from the people who already call that place home.
