HOUSTON, TX / ACCESS Newswire / August 25, 2026 / RelaDyne, a leading North American distributor of lubricants and a market leader in fuel, diesel exhaust fluid (DEF), and industrial reliability services, has acquired OilRed, a Chevron lubricants distributor and provider of technical solutions serving automotive, commercial, and industrial customers in authorized territories in Colombia.
The acquisition expands RelaDyne's Latin American platform into Colombia, one of the region's most important and attractive lubricants markets, while broadening the reach of Grupo Lucalza, RelaDyne's Latin American division.
Founded in 2014, OilRed serves customers in authorized territories in Colombia with lubricants, greases, coolants, and value-added lubrication programs designed to improve equipment performance, reduce downtime, and support operational reliability. OilRed's current management team will remain in place to lead day-to-day operations, preserve the company's strong local relationships, and continue delivering the responsive service and market expertise its customers rely on. The company will work closely with Grupo Lucalza to accelerate its next phase of growth within the assigned territories in Colombia.
