KLAS customer feedback highlights Infinx's strength in prior authorization automation, partnership, support, and long-term customer value

CUPERTINO, CA / ACCESS Newswire / July 1, 2026 / Infinx Healthcare, a provider of AI-enabled patient access and revenue cycle solutions, today announced it received the highest overall score in the KLAS Research Revenue Cycle Prior Authorization segment, earning an Overall Score of 90.1 on KLAS' 100-point scale. The score places Infinx at the top of the segment and ahead of the segment average (85.8) and the broader software average (83.1), as reported in KLAS' April 2026 report card.

KLAS performance insights reflect feedback gathered from healthcare organizations using prior authorization solutions and evaluate performance across key areas including partnership, support, solution capabilities, training, value, and long-term plans. Infinx scored above the segment average across every category KLAS reported.

"Our purpose is to strengthen healthcare organizations so they can focus on delivering care," said Jaideep Tandon, Chairman and CEO of Infinx. "Feedback from our customers is one of the most important ways we measure whether we're living up to that promise. We're proud of this recognition, and even more committed to continuing to earn it."

In the KLAS report card results, 96.0% of customers indicated they would buy Infinx again, and 89.6% reported that Infinx is part of their long-term plans.

Infinx's prior authorization solution combines AI automation with patient access, compliance, and billing specialists to help healthcare organizations streamline authorization workflows, reduce administrative burden, and improve operational speed across a wide range of care settings and procedure types.

KLAS-verified provider feedback included in the report highlights themes such as responsive communication, strong partnership, and measurable operational impact. One provider noted that Infinx's communication and responsiveness stood out compared to other vendors, while another described reducing internal authorization staffing needs while continuing to scale physician volume.

"Prior authorization continues to be one of the most frustrating and resource-intensive areas of patient access," said Ankur Pawa, CCO at Infinx. "These results are meaningful because they reflect the voice of customers doing this work every day. We remain focused on helping organizations accelerate authorizations while maintaining transparency, accountability, and human oversight."
