Investor and corporate development advisor takes the chair after company's 25,000 sessions with a clean safety record

PHOENIX, AZ AND NEWPORT BEACH, CA / ACCESS Newswire / September 17, 2026 / Enyrgy Inc. is pleased to appoint Ravi Bhatia Chairman of its Financial Advisory Council, the body the company is assembling to advise on capital strategy, business development and governance.

Bhatia will chair the council and advise on governance and business development. He joins a company that has successfully defined product-market fit with its Enyrgy Vitamin D Primal Light Platform focused on in-home use, wellness centers and alternative modality practices.

Mr. Bhatia is a principal and chief investment officer at Verano Capital Partners, an Orange County firm providing investment banking, strategic advisory and M&A services to middle-market companies. He brings a Big Four and Fortune 500 background in business advisory, transformation and corporate development, and invests as a principal across real estate and operating ventures. He advises early-stage companies in fintech, health tech, biomedical devices, biotech and healthcare, and holds an executive MBA from UCLA Anderson with a focus on valuation, commercial due diligence, go-to-market strategy and capital raising.

"Ravi has spent his career on the hard transitions for early-stage companies, and the hard part is not the idea," said Brian Cameron, CFO of Enyrgy. "It is where a real product meets real operating decisions and there is a defined product-market fit. Ravi is direct about that, and he expects Enyrgy will meet this challenge. That is why we have asked him to chair our council."

About Enyrgy Inc.

Enyrgy Inc. is a private health technology company in Phoenix, Arizona. Its Enyrgy Vitamin D Primal Light Platform emits over 90 percent UVB and under 10 percent UVA, verified by an independent laboratory, the inverse of natural sunlight's roughly 95 percent UVA. A session runs two to four minutes and supports vitamin D synthesis, nitric oxide release and serotonin production. The app calculates each user's dose from their skin type and ends the session automatically.

Efficacy, safety and usability are the three tenets the platform is built on, in that order, and the company treats efficacy as something to keep testing rather than something already settled. Larger trials are in development.
