Asensio charges Chairman is wrongfully denying voters a debate on the GOP'S disastrous constitutional policy
Asensio charges Chairman with harming GOP voters' comprehension of his standing as the only Anti-Federalist MAGA Candidate in the Republican National Primary
ST. AUGUSTINE, FL AND DAYTONA BEACH, FL / ACCESS Newswire / July 15, 2026 / Manuel P. Asensio is the Republican Party's only Anti-Federalist MAGA Candidate for Congress in the GOP'S 2026 Primary. Asensio is on the Republican ballot in Florida's Sixth Congressional District. Today, Asensio announced the filing of a lawsuit against Evan Power. The action details his individual misconduct and the harm he is causing Republicans nationwide. Power is the Chairman of the Republican Party of Florida.
The lawsuit explicitly identifies specific actionable misdeeds that Power has committed to protect Randy Fine from having to debate Asensio. Why does Randy Fine need protection? Because Fine is part of the RINO machine sabotaging MAGA policies in a MAGA district. Because Fine is sabotaging Trump's private legal actions and Trump's constitutional authority. These are the reasons Power is protecting Randy Fine.

Robert A. Harris, Vice Chairman of the St. Johns Republican Presidential Executive Committee, said, "Florida's Republican Chairman's own public statement proves Asensio's point: Power has declared that voters deserve ‘substantive and thought-provoking debates,' while he is denying Republican voters in Florida and the nation their right to hear a real debate between an Anti-Federalist MAGA Republican Candidate, Manuel P. Asensio, and a Republican machine Federalist incumbent, Randy Fine."
Federalist Randy Fine has refused to declare his policy position on any of the grave constitutional questions this generation of Republican voters has been forced to face. The Asensio-Fine debate would be the most consequential debate in the Republican Party nationwide. The stark differences between Asensio and Fine are of equal importance to those between Anti-Federalist Thomas Jefferson and Federalist John Adams.

The lawsuit accuses Power of abusing Republican Party authority, party machinery, and influence to protect the GOP's Federalist ideology and Randy Fine while canceling Asensio's Anti-Federalist policies and his 15-year successful investigative record. This record has exposed the GOP's disastrous Federalist constitutional policies and yielded a real action plan to end them. The lawsuit charges Power with slandering this record and damaging Asensio's reputation to prevent Republican voters from hearing a real debate on Asensio's Anti-Federalist MAGA policies versus Randy Fine's Federalist RINO policies. This is the most serious constitutional issue facing this generation of Republican voters.
"This lawsuit is about deceitful abuse of party authority to slander me and conceal the GOP's Federalist policies. This is about misconduct being used to hide real information and real action plans from Republican voters," Asensio said.
"The GOP Chairman has no right to abuse his official Republican Party position to protect Randy Fine from debating me; to slander my track record and damage my reputation; to keep Republican voters from hearing a real debate on the greatest and most dangerous constitutional problem this generation has been forced to confront."

Asensio charges that Power's personal misconduct aims to block Republican voters from hearing from a real executive who has a record of confronting the GOP's Federalist policies. Federalism is the constitutional defect that has injured Americans, damaged the nation, and protected the GOP's hypocrites and opportunists who run its machinery. This is the machine behind America's greatest constitutional injuries. This is the RINO machine that led to the formation of the Reagan/Trump MAGA movement and that sabotaged both MAGA presidencies.
Asensio charges that these are the reasons Randy Fine is being protected from having to debate the Republican Party's only Anti-Federalist MAGA Candidate, Manuel P. Asensio.
Asensio seeks declaratory relief, injunctive relief, damages, and a jury trial.
