One interchangeable gemstone can move between a ring, pendant or earring, giving the wearer the flexibility to change her jewelry piece, gemstone color or both.
AMSTERDAM, NL / ACCESS Newswire / September 3, 2026 / Tirisi Jewelry has introduced MILANO TWIST®, an interchangeable fine jewelry collection built around the idea of giving the wearer the flexibility to change the gemstone color and jewelry piece according to her preferences.
Two turns raise the gemstone from the Milano Twist ring. The same interchangeable stone can then be moved to the pendant or earring setting.
The campaign line, "Your Colour. Your Twist.", reflects the collection's interchangeable design. A single gemstone can be used with a Milano Twist ring, pendant or earring, allowing the wearer to change the jewelry piece, the gemstone color or both.
"Women don't live in one colour," said Natascha Zuchouwski-Rotstein, co-founder and designer of Tirisi. "Green may feel right this morning, red may feel right tonight, and tomorrow may call for turquoise. Milano Twist lets her choose again without leaving behind the jewelry she loves."

Milano Twist maintains the rounded, faceted silhouette of Tirisi's Milano Collection while introducing an interchangeable setting that allows the wearer to change the gemstone and the way it is worn.
"The Milano shape is very close to my heart," Zuchouwski-Rotstein said. "I wanted to keep what makes it recognisable, then give it more freedom. The design stays Milano; the next choice belongs to the woman wearing it."
ONE GEMSTONE, THREE WAYS TO WEAR IT
The same interchangeable gemstone can be moved between the Milano Twist ring, pendant and earring. A gemstone can be worn on the hand, moved to a pendant or used in an earring, depending on the wearer's preference.
The setting changes while the gemstone remains part of the same collection. The wearer can also replace it with another color, providing the option to change the jewelry piece, the gemstone color or both.
TWO TURNS. A NEW LOOK.
On the ring, the upper section is turned twice. The gemstone rises from the setting and can be lifted out by hand. It can then be replaced with another color or placed into the matching Milano Twist pendant or earring setting.
The movement is designed to allow the gemstone to be changed between the available Milano Twist pieces.
MADE TO CHANGE WITH HER
Milano Twist is crafted in 18K gold with diamonds and hand-cut semi-precious gemstones. The collection combines Tirisi's use of color with the architectural character of the Milano Collection and its interchangeable design.

Milano Twist is available through selected Tirisi Jewelry retailers. Customers can find a retailer through the Tirisi Point of Sale locator and select the Tirisi Jewelry filter.
