The same interchangeable gemstone moves between the ring, pendant and earring, allowing the wearer to change the jewelry piece while keeping a preferred color.
AMSTERDAM, NL / ACCESS Newswire / September 4, 2026 / Tirisi is highlighting the interchangeable design of MILANO TWIST®, a collection in which the same gemstone can be worn in the Milano Twist ring, pendant or earring. The gemstone can be moved between compatible pieces, allowing the wearer to change the jewelry piece or select another color.
A palette of interchangeable Milano Twist gemstones gives the wearer freedom to choose a colour, then decide whether to wear it in the ring, pendant or earring.
The concept extends the campaign line "Your Colour. Your Twist." by giving the wearer the option to choose both the gemstone color and where it is worn.
"The real twist is not only changing the colour of the ring," said Natascha Zuchouwski-Rotstein, co-founder and designer of Tirisi. "It is taking the stone you love and deciding where you want to wear it next."
ONE STONE, DIFFERENT MOMENTS
A gemstone can be worn in the ring, moved to the pendant or placed in an earring. Because the same gemstone is designed to work across the three compatible settings, wearers can use one gemstone with different pieces in the collection.
A customer may begin with one piece and one preferred color, then add another setting or a new gemstone over time.
"I never wanted a favourite colour to be stuck in one category," Zuchouwski-Rotstein said. "It should be able to move from the hand to the neckline or beside the face. That freedom is what makes the collection personal."
THE RING STARTS THE CHANGE
The upper section of the Milano Twist ring is turned twice, raising the gemstone from the setting. Once lifted, the gemstone can be removed by hand, replaced with another color or transferred to a compatible Milano Twist pendant or earring.
The mechanism allows the wearer to change the gemstone between compatible pieces without changing the overall design of the collection.
STILL UNMISTAKABLY MILANO
The original Milano Collection was inspired by the glass dome of Milan's Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. Tirisi translated that architectural reference into a soft, domed and faceted gemstone shape that forms part of the brand's Milano design.
Milano Twist retains the rounded and faceted silhouette while introducing an interchangeable gemstone system that allows the stone to move between compatible pieces.
"The shape, the softness and the Milano character are all still there," Zuchouwski-Rotstein said. "What is new is the freedom to decide how and where the stone is worn."
A COLLECTION THAT CAN GROW WITH HER
Wearers can choose one signature color and move it between compatible pieces or add different gemstones and settings over time. Milano Twist allows for different combinations based on the wearer's preferences.

Milano Twist is available through selected Tirisi Jewelry retailers. Customers can find a retailer through the Tirisi Point of Sale locator and select the Tirisi Jewelry filter.
