New online experience makes it faster and easier to configure and quote high-performance servers, workstations, and hyper-converged infrastructure for demanding security and AI environments.

AMERICAN FORK, UT / ACCESS Newswire / September 3, 2026 / ViDIO Systems, a provider of high-performance server and hyper-converged infrastructure solutions, today announced the launch of its newly redesigned website and online server configuration platform, giving technology and security professionals a faster way to select, configure, and request quotes for purpose-built hardware.

The new ViDIO Systems website features a dedicated e-commerce environment where customers can explore and configure VMS servers, recording servers, AI Servers, and high-performance workstations manufactured by Dell. The hardware is selected based on the requirements of their applications. Once configured, systems can be submitted directly to ViDIO for fast quote turnaround and engineering review. What's more, ViDIO offers hyper-converged Infrastructure for customers who require high availability that goes beyond traditional virtualization.

The platform is designed to simplify hardware procurement for technology managers in casinos, hospitals, utilities, manufacturing facilities, critical infrastructure, and other enterprise environments that are planning a hardware refresh, system expansion, or an entirely new deployment.

"Buying infrastructure for video surveillance and artificial intelligence shouldn't be complicated," said Carl Raubenheimer of ViDIO Systems. "Our goal with the new website is to give customers a much easier way to identify the hardware they need, configure it, and get competitive pricing quickly. More importantly, they have access to a team that understands the applications these servers are actually being built to support."

ViDIO Systems Simplification of the Ordering Process:

ViDIO Systems has deployed the new online configuration tool to streamline the process of ordering hardware and allow technical teams to get a head start on their projects without waiting.

Additionally, technical managers can gain access to an engineer to assist in server sizing for recording, RAID, artificial intelligence, and other specialized applications that require more compute than legacy systems. That experience becomes especially important as organizations move beyond traditional video recording and begin deploying increasingly compute-intensive workloads involving video analytics, computer vision, and large-scale surveillance environments.

Whether an organization is replacing aging servers, adding hundreds of new cameras, expanding AI capabilities, or building an entirely new security ecosystem, the online tool is designed to accommodate them.

Information on how the online platform works:

The new ViDIO Systems website allows customers to:

  • Select from VMS servers, recording servers, AI servers, and workstations

  • Configure hardware around specific application requirements

  • Calculate storage capacity needed using the Online tool

  • Request quotes for hardware refreshes, expansions, and new deployments

  • Request engineering assistance for system sizing and configuration

  • Explore traditional server and hyper-converged infrastructure options

The company will be attending the Tribal Security and Surveillance Conference on Oct. 21 and 22.
