The new Web2ink service converts customer artwork into vector files for print shops and designers on a per-design basis, without a subscription.
CHARLOTTE, NC / ACCESS Newswire / October 21, 2026 / GetPrintFiles, a Web2ink company, today launched GetPrintFiles.com, an online service that converts low-resolution logos, sketches, and AI-generated images into print-ready vector files. The service is aimed at print shops, apparel decorators, and graphic designers who regularly receive customer artwork that is too small or blurry to print.
Users upload a PNG, JPG, or WebP file, or describe a design in plain language. The service traces the image into a vector and shows a free, watermarked preview before any purchase. Finished files are delivered in Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG), Portable Document Format (PDF), and Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) formats, along with a 300 dots per inch (DPI) PNG image sized to the intended print width.

"Print shops receive low-resolution logos from customers every day, and fixing them has usually meant redrawing the artwork by hand or paying for design software on a monthly basis," said Steve McKillip, founder of GetPrintFiles and Web2ink. "We wanted shops to be able to see the finished vector before committing to anything."
Pricing model
GetPrintFiles charges per design rather than through a subscription, and no account is required. Prepaid design packs are also offered, and their credits do not expire.
AI generation connected to vectorizing
The launch also includes AI image generation linked directly to the vectorizing step. Each text prompt produces four design options, and the selected design is traced into a vector automatically. A built-in editor lets users add text and remove or combine colors before downloading. Generation, background removal, and vectorizing are included in the per-design price.
Addressing a common print-shop bottleneck
Unusable customer artwork is a frequent cause of delays in custom printing. Screen printers, direct-to-film (DTF) and direct-to-garment (DTG) shops, embroiderers, sign shops, and promotional-product companies often must redraw logos by hand or send them to an outside artist before production can begin. GetPrintFiles is intended to shorten that step.
"We built GetPrintFiles out of our own experience serving print shops at Web2ink and DTF Print Co," said McKillip. "Many of the shops we work with told us they need vector files only a few times a month, so a subscription model didn't match how they actually work."
