Draft communications are not sent without approval, and the system is designed not to make legal coverage determinations, guarantee claim outcomes or independently recommend settlement amounts.
Built by a Public Adjuster Around Real Claim Work
claimOS was founded by Rouhafzai after nearly two decades in enterprise software and firsthand experience navigating a major property claim before becoming a public adjuster.
After testing existing claims platforms and seeing how frequently critical information remained scattered across separate tools, Rouhafzai assembled a team to build claimOS around the day-to-day workflows of professionals representing insureds.
