Combined organization reaches nearly 12 million people across the livestreaming ecosystem
DALLAS, TX / ACCESS Newswire / August 6, 2026 / BEAM Media Corp ("BEAM"), a next-generation livestreaming technology company, and Pilled LLC ("Pilled"), today announced that the companies have signed a Letter of Intent outlining their intention to merge into a single organization.
The proposed transaction brings together two companies with complementary technologies, creator communities, and strategic visions. Together, BEAM and Pilled have a combined total reach of nearly 12 million people, creating one of the largest independent creator-focused livestreaming ecosystems.
The companies intend to work together immediately by combining strategic resources, collaborating on product development, and integrating infrastructure.
As part of the proposed combination, Pilled will gain access to BEAM's high-performance global Content Delivery Network (CDN), and super-low-latency network named Faster Than Light, providing additional scalability and performance while both companies collaborate on future platform innovations.
