CCL Project: A Strategic New Growth Engine

A key focus of Ratnaveer's expansion strategy is its Copper Clad Laminate (CCL) manufacturing project in Vadodara, Gujarat. The project has received approval under the Central Government's Electronics Component Manufacturing Scheme (ECMS) and is being developed as India's first fully integrated high-volume CCL manufacturing facility.

The project is approximately 60% complete, with the first production line targeted for commercial operations by November 2026. The Company has stated that civil construction, machinery procurement and installation are progressing as planned.

Ratnaveer is among the select companies receiving government support for CCL manufacturing, alongside Wipro, positioning both companies at the forefront of India's emerging domestic CCL ecosystem.

The CCL opportunity is particularly significant as the material is a critical input for printed circuit boards and India remains heavily dependent on imports. Ratnaveer's project is therefore aimed at creating domestic manufacturing capacity and supporting import substitution.
