Before joining Fathom AI Technologies, Mr. Crump served as director of sales at GTS Technology Solutions from 2023 to 2026, leading sales initiatives and contributing to enterprise technology growth. In 2023, he served as major account manager at Fortinet Inc. He also held roles at Pure Storage, including enterprise account manager and unstructured data specialist. His broader technology career includes positions with Alchemy Technology Group, Nutanix, IBM, Sprint and General Electric. From 1999 to 2013, he spent more than a decade with Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, then Compaq, where he managed and grew executive-level relationships with major accounts.
Beyond the boardroom, Mr. Crump is an accomplished acoustic singer-songwriter rooted in the Texas Americana tradition. Raised in Lubbock, Texas, the hometown of Buddy Holly and near the West Texas communities that produced Waylon Jennings and Roy Orbison, he developed a deep appreciation for storytelling and musical craft.
