AUSTIN, TX / ACCESS Newswire / June 17, 2026 / Marquis Who's Who is proud to interview and honor Dan Crump for his distinguished contributions to technology, consultative sales, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, leadership and songwriting. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process. In Mr. Crump's case, that recognition reflects a career defined by tenacity, relationship-building, ethical leadership and a rare ability to excel in both enterprise technology and the creative arts.

Mr. Crump currently serves as chief revenue officer of Fathom AI Technologies in Austin, Texas. In this role, he leads revenue operations, market strategy and commercial development for an emerging artificial intelligence company. His responsibilities include overseeing commercial expansion across the United States and Canada, developing target verticals, building customer relationships, shaping a repeatable sales motion and serving as a market-facing executive and brand ambassador. His work is focused especially on medical devices, aesthetics and artificial intelligence.

At Fathom AI Technologies, Mr. Crump is helping advance what he describes as the use of artificial intelligence "for the power of good." In his Marquis Who's Who interview, he discussed how the company is finding new uses for AI across different industries, including legal research, homebuilding insights, land analysis and oil and gas applications. He notes, "we're finding new uses for AI every single day. So this week, we built a product, Fathom Law, so it'll automate a lot of the research and organizational skills for a law office. It ties into that business operating system." He later goes on to explain that it can sift through 25 years of emails to look for relevant information to help in cases. This is something that would have taken a paralegal weeks of research in years past.

He described the company's internal AI "chief of staff," known as Jarvis, as a tool that can support meetings, analyze conversations, surface concerns and even generate code during the product development process. For Mr. Crump, this work represents the right opportunity at the right time with the right team.

Before joining Fathom AI Technologies, Mr. Crump served as director of sales at GTS Technology Solutions from 2023 to 2026, leading sales initiatives and contributing to enterprise technology growth. In 2023, he served as major account manager at Fortinet Inc. He also held roles at Pure Storage, including enterprise account manager and unstructured data specialist. His broader technology career includes positions with Alchemy Technology Group, Nutanix, IBM, Sprint and General Electric. From 1999 to 2013, he spent more than a decade with Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, then Compaq, where he managed and grew executive-level relationships with major accounts.

Beyond the boardroom, Mr. Crump is an accomplished acoustic singer-songwriter rooted in the Texas Americana tradition. Raised in Lubbock, Texas, the hometown of Buddy Holly and near the West Texas communities that produced Waylon Jennings and Roy Orbison, he developed a deep appreciation for storytelling and musical craft. His website highlights his body of work as an Americana, country, folk and songwriter artist, including his album Truth Is, which features songs such as "Forty Years," "Walk On," "Truth Is," "She Likes Shoes" and "London's Calling Home."

Mr. Crump attributes his success to perseverance, a positive attitude, learning from mistakes and doing the right thing. He often reflects on advice from his father, who encouraged him to apply the "headline test": if an action would not look good as a newspaper headline, it is not the right choice. That principle has shaped his personal brand for more than three decades.

Looking ahead, Mr. Crump aims to help grow Fathom AI Technologies into a $100 million company while continuing to write, record and release new music. He also hopes to release at least two records and tour as a singer-songwriter.

"Dan Crump exemplifies the caliber of multidimensional leader Marquis Who's Who is proud to chronicle," the editorial team stated. "His work in artificial intelligence, enterprise technology, consultative sales and songwriting reflects a career defined by integrity, creativity and a commitment to building meaningful relationships." Through its interview and recognition of Mr. Crump, Marquis Who's Who celebrates a professional whose leadership continues to influence both technology and music.
