Following its Claude, Replit, and ChatGPT launches, doola MCP is now live inside the fastest-growing software company in history, letting founders form a US LLC inside the same conversation where they're building the product itself.

NEW YORK CITY, NY / ACCESS Newswire / May 21, 2026 / doola, the AI Business-in-a-Box for global entrepreneurs, today announced that its Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration is now live inside Lovable. The launch makes doola the only company formation platform available natively across Claude, ChatGPT, Replit, and Lovable - the four largest AI environments on the internet - and brings agentic LLC formation to one of the fastest-growing audiences of non-technical founders building real businesses with AI.

The integration lets founders form a US LLC inside a Lovable project. After a 30-second one-time setup, a user can say "form an LLC with doola," and the Lovable agent walks them through company name, formation state, package selection, Stripe checkout, and post-payment setup - all without leaving the conversation where they're already building their product. doola handles backend filing, registered agent coordination, and routes the user to their doola dashboard for EIN, banking, and post-formation steps.

Lovable is where a new kind of founder is building. Roughly 75% of Lovable users have never written a line of code. They're solopreneurs, marketers, designers, and domain experts shipping real products by describing what they want and watching an AI build it. Lovable reached $100M ARR in eight months - that's the fastest software company in history to that milestone. The people building inside it are now starting real businesses on top of those products. Until today, the moment those founders needed to incorporate, the workflow broke. doola's MCP integration closes that gap.

"The people building companies today don't look like the founders of ten years ago," said Arjun Mahadevan, Founder and CEO of doola. "They're not engineers writing TypeScript at 2am. They're domain experts shipping products in Lovable by describing what they want. The formation layer underneath that shift has to work for the people doing the building and not the people who used to do it. Three weeks ago, you couldn't form a US business inside any major AI tool. Today, you can do it inside all four of the biggest ones and Lovable is the integration that proves this isn't just for developers anymore."

The Lovable launch closes a three-week sprint of agentic formation integrations for doola, following the April 29 Claude and Replit launch and the May 14 ChatGPT launch. Combined launch coverage has generated more than 31 million impressions across founder communities, with adoption from users in over 20 countries in the first three weeks. doola has indicated additional integrations and capabilities are on the way, with the company building toward what it calls "the full back office of running a US business, inside the AI tools founders already use" - including EIN, US banking, bookkeeping, and tax filing.
