The Center for Divorce Education has received a Bronze Telly Award in the General-Mental Health category for its educational resource, Reducing Stress for You and Your Family.
ASHLAND, OR / ACCESS Newswire / July 31, 2026 / The award-winning video, accompanied by an online article and practical stress-management resources, was created to help parents and families better understand the effects of stress and learn simple, evidence-informed techniques for improving emotional well-being. The resource explores topics such as self-regulation, relaxation strategies, gratitude, mindfulness, and healthy habits that support resilience during challenging times.
This recognition adds to a growing list of Telly Awards earned by the Center for Divorce Education. Previous award-winning projects include High Conflict Solutions, an online course for parents experiencing high-conflict divorce and separation, and Children in Between: For Kids, a course designed to help children better understand and cope with family changes.

The Telly Awards honor excellence in video and television across all screens and receive thousands of entries annually from organizations, production companies, and content creators around the world.
