Students interested in applying for the "My Unique Family" scholarship have until March 15, 2027, to submit a two to three-minute video going into detail about their family's traditions, culture, and unique challenges. The Seattle divorce lawyers with Envision Family Law want to celebrate students' personal stories. There are no wrong answers to this scholarship video prompt.
Students should record their videos in well-lit areas to preserve the video's quality. While students can use editing software to improve the appearance of their videos, the use of that software and its impact will not influence the committee's choice of scholarship winner. We weigh the story a student wants to tell over their ability to edit a video.
The scholarship selection committee with Envision Family Law, including Jason Benjamin, will select its scholarship winner based on which student moves the team. Age, race, religion, gender, national origin, familial status, or other protected classes will have no influence on the committee's decision.
We ask that neither students nor their families reach out to Envision Family Law after the scholarship submission deadline expires with questions about the status of a student's application.
Additionally, Envision Family Law, Jason Benjamin, and the firm's scholarship selection committee ask that applicants do not use AI to generate their video's script or a video outright. The inappropriate use of AI to apply for the "My Unique Family" scholarship will see a student's application removed from consideration.
