MEXICO CITY, MX / ACCESS Newswire / September 10, 2026 / Oria, a real-world asset (RWA) investment platform, today outlined its product strategy centered on Oria.xyz, its digital investment platform for individuals. The platform provides access to dollar-denominated investment products backed by income-generating real-world assets. Oria.xyz brings account registration, identity verification, investment subscriptions, and portfolio tracking into a single interface. Eligible users can start investing with US$100 and may qualify for new-user and referral rewards, subject to applicable program terms.

As part of this strategy, Oria is also strengthening its connections with regulated financial infrastructure and wallet-based distribution channels. The company has established an institutional relationship with EX.IO and recently integrated its wallet-native dApp into Bitget Wallet. Oria plans to continue expanding its ecosystem across licensed digital-asset platforms, wallets, stablecoin providers, infrastructure partners, and other distribution channels. "Stablecoins have made it easier to hold and transfer dollar-denominated value, but evaluating investment opportunities can still be challenging," said Michael, Head of Marketing at Oria. "With Oria.xyz, our focus is to simplify the investment process and provide clear information about the underlying assets and the structure of each investment."

Investment Products Backed by Real-World Assets
Oria connects digital assets with investment opportunities supported by real-world economic activity. Its credit investment approach draws on a decade of consumer-finance operating experience, including asset sourcing, pricing, and risk management. The assets underlying Oria's investment products include consumer-credit assets in Mexico managed by ZEKERHEID FINANCIERA, S.A. DE C.V., SOFOM, E.N.R., a type of Mexican financial company. Oria's credit strategies are structured to invest in senior tranches, while originators retain subordinated interests designed to absorb losses before the senior tranches.

This structure is intended to align the interests of originators and investors by requiring the originator's subordinated position to absorb initial portfolio losses before the senior investment tranche is affected. Product-level terms, risk factors, expected returns, and liquidity arrangements are disclosed separately and may vary between offerings. Oria's tokenized fund structure is designed to support on-chain verification of fund positions and related cash-flow records. Users can review product information through Oria.xyz and track their holdings and investment performance after registration.

Account-Based and Wallet-Native Access
Oria.xyz is the company's primary platform for users who prefer a guided, account-based investment experience. Oria is also rolling out a wallet-native dApp version for users who prefer to access investment opportunities directly through a digital wallet. The wallet-native interface complements Oria.xyz and is intended to support future integrations with wallet providers, distribution partners, and additional on-chain investment opportunities. Together, the two interfaces reflect Oria's approach to serving users with different preferences and levels of familiarity with digital assets.

Institutional Connectivity Through EX.IO

Oria has completed institutional onboarding with EX.IO, a Virtual Asset Trading Platform licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. As part of the initial operating flow, Oria used EX.IO's platform to convert USDT into U.S. dollars and subscribe to TKUSD, the tokenized Class T units of the Taikang Kaitai US Dollar Money Market Fund.

The transaction demonstrates a potential pathway for connecting stablecoin liquidity with regulated and tokenized investment products through licensed third-party infrastructure. It also supports Oria's broader objective of building practical links between digital assets and established financial products.

Oria follows a partner-enabled compliance approach. Where activities such as virtual-asset trading, currency conversion, custody, product distribution, or asset origination require regulatory authorization, those activities are carried out by the relevant authorized institutions and remain subject to their onboarding, eligibility, and jurisdictional requirements. A third party's regulatory status applies only to the services provided by that institution and does not constitute or transfer a regulatory license to Oria.

"The goal is to combine an accessible user experience with credible institutional infrastructure," Michael said. "Our work with EX.IO is an important step in exploring how stable coins and regulated investment products can be connected through a more efficient and regulative operating process."

Expanding the Wallet and Distribution Ecosystem

Oria's wallet-native dApp has also been integrated into Bitget Wallet enabling users to discover Oria and connect to its on-chain interface directly through the wallet. The integration expands Oria's reach among self-custody users while preserving a wallet-native investment experience.

The Bitget Wallet integration relates to dApp discovery and wallet connectivity. Access to Oria products remains governed by Oria's applicable product terms, risk disclosures, smart-contract interactions, and eligibility requirements.

Looking ahead, Oria intends to establish additional integrations with wallet providers, licensed digital-asset platforms, stablecoin ecosystems, and distribution partners. These relationships are expected to support broader product discovery, smoother asset connectivity, and additional ways for eligible users to access RWA investment opportunities. Future integrations will be introduced following relevant commercial, technical, compliance, and security reviews.

Exploring Payments and Cross-Border Remittances
Oria is exploring payments and cross-border remittances as potential additions to its investment platform. The aim is to connect the holding and investing of digital dollars with transfers and everyday spending. These services remain part of Oria's broader product strategy. Their timing, scope, and availability will be announced in due course. "Our long-term goal is to help users hold, invest, and eventually use their digital assets through one connected experience," Yu added. "We plan to build toward that goal by making each service easier to understand and use." To explore currently available products, visit Oria.xyz or the wallet-native dApp.
