Bead's integration with the Fluid Pay gateway lets merchants accept new payment methods with no currency risk and no change to their existing setup.

DOVER, DE / ACCESS Newswire / July 14, 2026 / Bead, Inc. ("Bead"), a payments infrastructure company, and Fluid Pay, LLC, a leading payment gateway provider, today announced the live integration of Bead's payment infrastructure into the Fluid Pay platform. Merchants processing on Fluid Pay can now accept cryptocurrency, digital wallets, including PayPal, Venmo, Klarna, and additional payment methods as enabled by the platform, with all transactions settling in U.S. dollars. The integration is available immediately for Fluid Pay partners and their merchants.

Bead enables payment providers to offer cryptocurrency, digital wallets, and Buy-Now-Pay-Later through a single integration. Merchants settle in U.S. dollars regardless of how the consumer pays, with no currency conversion risk and no changes to existing operations. Bead works exclusively through payment service providers, and the Fluid Pay integration brings that capability directly into the gateway environment where those partner relationships live today.

"This integration is a direct response to what merchants and their payment providers have been asking for," said Jay Sykes, CEO of Bead. "Consumers are already holding billions of dollars in cryptocurrency, PayPal, Venmo, and digital wallets, and they want to spend it. Merchants want to capture that demand without adding complexity or taking on currency risk. The Bead and Fluid Pay solution solves both through a single connection."

"Our partners have been asking about crypto and digital wallet acceptance for a while now. The Bead integration gives them a real answer. Merchants keep their existing setup; they just gain the ability to accept a whole new set of payment methods and still get paid in dollars. That is a straightforward conversation to have with any merchant," said Jeff Rooney, Chief Technology Officer of Fluid Pay.

"The payments landscape is changing and our job is to make sure our partners are ahead of it, not catching up to it," said Theodore Cucci, President & CEO of Fluid Pay. "Bead built the right infrastructure for what merchants actually need today. We are glad to be the gateway that brings it to market."

"This isn't about replacing traditional payments," added Sykes. "It's about giving merchants more ways to get paid while enabling payment providers to offer more value through a single integration. That's a win for merchants, consumers, and the channel."

Bead is available now through authorized payment partners.
