The Rule 506(c) private real estate lending fund provides verified accredited investors access to senior-secured commercial real estate opportunities, with the ability to review and select among available investments through the fund's investor portal.
PHOENIX, AZ / ACCESS Newswire / September 10, 2026 / MidPoint Capital Partners, LLC has introduced MidPoint Capital Fund 1, LLC, a private real estate lending fund designed to provide verified accredited investors with access to senior-secured commercial real estate opportunities.
Organized as a Rule 506(c) offering, the Fund combines institutional-style underwriting with an investor-directed structure. Rather than committing capital to an undefined blind pool, investors can review available opportunities and select the investments in which their capital will participate, subject to the Fund's governing and offering documents.

MCP COL, LLC - A senior-secured construction financing opportunity supporting Cruise on Land, a large-scale condominium-hotel development in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The development includes five towers totaling 1,749 units. Of those units, 1,425 have been presold, representing approximately $152.15 million in contracted sales, with more than $54.67 million already collected from purchasers.
MCP Renaissance, LLC - A $10 million senior-secured commercial real estate bridge-loan opportunity structured through a separate special-purpose entity wholly owned by the Fund.
MidPoint Capital Partners, LLC serves as the Fund's manager and oversees underwriting, transaction structuring, servicing, asset management and investor reporting. The firm's strategy emphasizes collateral protection, defined repayment sources, disciplined loan-to-value parameters and active monitoring throughout the life of each investment.
The minimum investment is $25,000. Following the return of investor capital, distributable proceeds are allocated 90% to investors and 10% to management, subject to the Fund's governing documents.
