For AutoVitals clients, Mastertech.ai is now accessible directly from the Today's Vehicle Page, bringing advanced diagnostic and service intelligence into the same interface service advisors already use to manage repair orders and inspections.
The integration allows service advisors to review digital vehicle inspection findings alongside AI-powered service recommendations, helping them identify overdue maintenance, better understand vehicle needs, and communicate recommended repairs with greater confidence.
Through Mastertech.ai, shops gain access to:
- AI-Powered Service Recommendations: Identify overdue maintenance using OEM service schedules, CARFAX service history, shop management system data, and shop-specific service rules.

In addition to its existing integrations with Protractor and Shop-Ware, Mastertech.ai now supports four additional shop management systems: Tekmetric, Mitchell1, NAPA TRACS, and Yes Prime.
These new integrations retrieve repair order and vehicle information from a shop's existing management system, providing Mastertech.ai with the vehicle-specific context needed to deliver relevant service recommendations, diagnostic insights, and repair information.
