The Drummer Boy is a fictional story that follows a young shepherd who was present at the Savior's birth and learns that the best gifts are not physical—but rather heartfelt. Based on the Elf on the Shelf (TM) concept, The Drummer Boy book also includes a doll, which can be used to perform acts of service. The Drummer Boy doll can be positioned in the middle of a good deed, which helps children realize that they can give with their heart and be creative while doing so.
