For Every $10 Dollars Donated to MGCA, Donors Receive One Entry into a Special National Online Raffle to Win an Array of Prizes
LOS ANGELES, CA / ACCESSWIRE / November 2, 2016 / Challenged America, a registered nonprofit 501 ( c ) 3 organization of My Gym Children's Fitness Center, is once again marking #GivingTuesday with a nationwide sweepstakes promotion open to all who make a donation to the organization dedicated to providing life-changing medical equipment and assistive devices for children with disabilities.
A day devoted to "giving back" during the holiday season, #GivingTuesday takes place Tuesday, November 29. On this day, individuals, families and businesses contribute to a charity of their choice. For #GivingTuesday 2016, My Gym's Challenged America (MGCA) seeks to raise $33,000 with a national sweepstakes awarding one entry into its online raffle with every $10 dollar donation. Prizes in the raffle include iPads, FitBits, and several other items.
In addition, the first $5,000 in contributions made to MGCA for #GivingTuesday will be matched by My Gym Children's Fitness Center, making each donation double in value.
Donations can be made at: www.challengedamerica.com at any time leading up to and including November 29.
My Gym Challenged America brings joy to children with disabilities by providing assistive devices and medical equipment to children living with physical or cognitive challenges. Gifts range from wheelchairs and feeding tubes to sensory items – and even special gifts such as a swing to allow a child to play alongside friends and siblings.
"Advocating for children facing challenges is close to my heart," says Randy J Bertisch, founder of MGCA who, himself, is physically challenged. "My Gym Challenged America hopes that, in the spirit of the holidays, businesses across the country will join in and make a contribution on #GivingTuesday to help us improve the quality of life for as many children as possible."
